Lauren was AMAZING!! She was thorough and pleasant! Our bathrooms smelled so good after she finished cleaning them. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

so for the longest time, I’ve always procrastinated on getting my house cleaned. It was something I always wanted to do but I never pulled the trigger. Well I’m finally happy that I took the chance to get my house clean. Not only did my house come out smelling brand new and spotless, but it helped me in other ways that many people don’t realize I have three kids and it makes it very difficult for me to finish my house hold chores, because my kids always want me to give them attention. I am so happy I found this place because it gave me more time to spend with my kids! And now my house is so fresh and clean , I have extra time for myself and i can give my kids more attention! I signed up to do the weekly cleaning, and I have to say it has changed my life tremendously I have less stress and worries I don’t feel overwhelmed. It has helped with so much. I feel that not only is my house clean and my chores are done, but I am happier as a person it has helped me tremendously. My mood has changed for the better because now I don’t feel like I have this heavy weight of having to wake up every day and do 1 million chores, if you are going through the same struggles as me, I suggest you sign up it’s really gonna change your life ! The owner is wonderful and so nice and understood how hard it been for me thank you so much lauren! Oh, and did I mention there was a stain on my rug that for years I’ve been trying to get out and guess what she came and got rid of it. She is truly amazing!

I recently had someone come to clean my house, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual and professional. They paid attention to every detail and left my home sparkling clean. It was clear that they took pride in their work, and I was impressed with the level of cleanliness they achieved. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Mainland Maid Service was absolutely phenomenal. I was a bit hesitant because they are new on Thumbtack, but it was definitely worth it. I have a three bedroom two bathroom and it looks even better than when I first moved in. Definitely would recommend for reoccurring services.

An absolute nightmare of an experience. Used this service once, never again. While the person who came to clean was great and did the best he could in a single day, one single individual who was on his first day at the job should NOT have been sent with no assistance to do a deep clean, with all the available extras added in advance, of my whole apartment (with pets! and I've never had a professional cleaning before and told them this!) by themselves in one single day. I also was not told this ahead of time, but they are not allowed to move furniture, so if you're hoping to get a perfectly polished floor, think again! They also don't tell you ahead of time that the "heavy duty cleaning" fee is per hour and not one single fee. And even if they did tell you, it wouldn't matter because they don't tell you how long they're scheduled to stay until :) Because of the time constraint, significant things got missed Like the literal entire bathtub and several large areas of dust. They also sent the guy out with only a Swiffer and no actual mop. We actually worked with the cleaner to move things that needed to be moved to clean under them and tidied up anything that was in the way. But even with the 3 of us, there was not enough time because we're not professionals and he's just one single guy that hasn't even worked for this company before being assigned to my apartment. I do have to say, the cleaner himself was really friendly and personable and put a ton of effort into getting everything as clean as possible. But he never should have been put into that situation. There were also charge inconsistencies with the estimate I was given, and just unclear communication the entire way through. Then, I was told that it was in their policy that if I'm unhappy, I HAVE to have them come back and cannot get a refund without that step. I didn't sign anything like that, and that is ridiculous because I specifically scheduled the clean so my apartment would be clean before an event. Once I finally decided sure, there's not going to be any other resolution so lets go with that, they suddenly ghosted. I am now out $256 and had to do much of the cleaning myself. The person claimed it was because I "didn't answer the phone" but what does that have to do with anything at all? I was available via email as well as text and communicated everything needed through there. Especially after they left a half done job, I was not going to be communicating anything with them if it was not in writing.

I’m sorry that you feel this way. We did try to rectify the cleaning by coming back out we did not hear anything from you for over a week and at that point we issued a credit for the service. This is all explained in terms of service that you agreed to at the time of booking your service. The photos that are posted I can’t verify that those were from the cleaning on 12/28 being that this was almost 2 months ago.

I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I made a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
