We are an off site caterer, which means we can cater at any venue, BUT we do not currently have our own. We do have a list on our web site of venues in Central Pa. It is best you have a venue before asking for a quote due to each venues requirements! Only the freshest and finest ingredients will be used to make your catering experience a 5-star meal. Custom menus can be tailored to match your vision. We are a full-service caterer serving buffet and action stations; we can do it all. I was absolutely blown away by Premier! Affordability was important to us, since we're young and paid for most of the wedding ourselves and did have a large guest list. Since Premier was an affordable option, we were honestly expecting to compromise on quality of service, food, and presentation. But our expectations were exceeded a hundred times over! First of all, everyone in the office was fantastic-- Kylee was quick to respond to questions, thorough, and courteous... she even went out of her way to text me about a place to get wedding sparklers because I had mentioned it an she thought it was such a cute idea. Mark was helpful in walking us through the menu in an in-person meeting, and then honestly blew our minds with his beautiful presentation on our New Year's Eve wedding hors d'oeuvres buffet... he worked with our theme for an absolutely beautiful tablescape, and I could tell he had put a lot of effort into special details, such as the wine bottle candleabras. I was so surprised, my jaw dropped when I saw everything. I sadly didn't get a chance to actually eat anything (I was warned that would probably happen!), but the guests raved about the food. My friend who has a baking business came to drop off the cake and said the catering staff was some of the most helpful & professional she had worked with. The bartenders were fantastic. And Heidi, the day-of coordinator they provided, was absolutely amazing. She was everywhere we needed her to be, helping the reception run so smoothly and making sure my husband and I always had a glass of champagne in hand--I can't say enough positive words about her. The only thing I wish they had provided is some sort of professional photo book so that we could have seen more of what they can do presentation-wise. They do have a few photos on their Facebook page, but what they did for us was more beautiful than any of those. Though, again, it was really nice to be surprised by how beautiful it was! I would wholeheartedly recommend Premier to anyone who wants an affordable caterer without sacrificing on quality of service, food, and presentation.

I use Premier for all of my catering needs. They are always on time. The set up is always beautiful. The food is great, and their staff is exceptional. I use them from one to three times a month and am very satisfied every time.
