In addition, we also provide meeting transcripts and will even work on location (within a 50-mile radius of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) to record your meeting/focus group, as well as provide a verbatim transcript, a summarization of the meeting/focus group or both. We offer state-of-the-art digital call-in dictation (at no additional charge), or we will even provide you/your staff with digital recorders to upload sound files to our secure FTP server where your completed documents can also be accessed. We even accept the good, old cassette tape (all sizes) for transcription and can even convert the sound to a digital format for you. H2 also provides a full and extensive array of typing services, including form completion, online form completion, data entry, mail merges, newsletters, resumes, cover letters, any type of business correspondence, personal correspondence (handwriting fonts available), customized wedding invitations, birthday invitations, flyers, advertisements, and more! We also welcome to our staff a professional graphic artist / photographer who can design and manage your website, design logos, and signs -- anything needing a creative touch from a professional, offering low rates for high-quality, high-end finished products. We provide all services quickly, with turnaround times generally 24-48 hours and with rush service available upon request. We use employees only; no subcontractors as many of our competitors do. This provides you with consistent services every time without worrying about the confidentiality of your documents. Insurance transcription is typically completed at a rate of $.10 per line, while medical and legal transcription services are provided at a rate of $.12 to $.14 per line, depending upon the type/scope of work. Meeting/focus group audio transcription is available at a rate of $1.40 - $1.75 per minute, depending upon the type/scope of the assignment (may be more for larger groups of speakers). All transcription rates would be affected by substandard audio/sound quality. We are insured, and a full HIPAA-compliance is guaranteed.
