- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication; Respect between both; Gaining Trust between one another; If I need to do a walk through before accepting a job, you must request a walk through! You can also send me pictures, especially if scheduling a walk through causes an inconvenience. New clients be aware it could take 1.5 hours to 3.5 hours to complete your cleaning. It really depends on your needs. Your home size, navigating your space… such as finding outlets if I need to use a vacuum. Please make sure your kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops are free from clutter. Make sure your kitchen sink is empty before your cleaner arrives. That helps with a thorough cleaning. Also light dusting/surface cleaning, cleaners should not be lifting or moving anyone’s personal belongings. Basically it’s too much of a liability and risk. Cleaners are not taking out clients garbage. That’s a hazard. Some cleaner’s may do this and that’s their personal preference.
