Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We had a family who was heading to Disney World and the kennel they were going to use had an outbreak of kennel cough the day before their trip. They were very upset and concerned that their trip would be cancelled or delayed. They contacted us and we rushed right to their home, met with them and their pets and took care of everything while they were away including phone conversations with them twice a day. They had a wonderful trip and we gained new friends.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Our pricing system is not complicated but there are several pricing structures based on frequency of visits and number of days. We also offer an additional 20% discount below our lowest posted prices for new clients for the first 3 months of service.
