A. We had a customer who didn't want her husband to know she hired us. Unfortunely we didn't finish fast enough and she was found out because when he came home we were still putting on the finishing touches.

A. Customers need to know that we are a small local business and we offer a variety of services. Customers also need to know that we are willing to travel to all of Delaware County and some locations in the city of Philadelphia.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. We realized that our customers work and have many obligations to family and that modern lifestyles leaves them very little time to clean their homes. Also our customers have precious pets that need tended to while they work, so we will gladly go to their homes to walk their dogs or provide any services they require.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We did a job of 4 bathrooms and gave the customer a time frame of 3 hours. We did a deep scrub on all of them and we were done on time. Our customer was very appreciative as she was on a tight time frame.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I don't do continuing education but I do seek out the newest and best products for the task at hand.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The newest products are enviromently safe. They are what we call "green products" Customes appreciate the fact we care about the environment.

A. Our most recent was a post construction clean up. Also included was the front windows of the business. It took us 8 hours but the job was done in time for the grand opening.

A. Our pricing system isn't complicated but we do offer different types of pricing. Depending on the job required, we either do it hourly or by the job itself. There are many discounts available. We also have 24/7 and emergency services.
