Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Automotive shops have a bad reputation. We work hard to squash that stereotype by ensuring that you are always informed, guarenteeing a quality repair, and keeping a smile on your face.
One think I wish other knew about the automotive industry is that fixing one part does not guarentee that something else will not fail.
Also, reparing your vehicles and maintaining them through the stress of the winters and summers is very important. When you buy a used vehicle you have no idea what you are really getting. But, when you repair your current vehicle you are guarenteed not to have to repair that part again. With repairs you are in controle of the car's destiny and you know exactly how reliable it will be for you.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask as many questions as you can!
Often times car repairs can be pricy but usually necessary especially if the owner is not in a position to replace the vehicle. You want to make sure the job is going to be done right without cuttiing corners. Make sure that the shop you are doing buisness with is a quality shop who is intrested in your wellbeing and not their own pocket. The lower bill may look appealing at first... but how about when you come back in for a second repair?
