- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our price it's included services like, cleaning inside microwave, windows (inside), baseboards cleaned by hand, ceiling fans dusted. We do have discounts for weekly, biweekly and monthly clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give an estimate online, in the first cleaning we ask you to show us around and confirm the price before we start the cleaning, we rather do our job without people around, that is just because it makes it easier for us to get around the house, we also ask if you have an animal to keep them with out or in their cage while we are cleaning, we love animals but for our safety and their safety we rather have you do that.

I have years of experience in cleaning.
