This summer, I participated in a P10 workshop run by Penny... it/she was outstanding. She is a great motivational speaker, but matched it with sound, concise and easy to understand and apply principles. I have also read her book and find it one of the most useful pieces of guidance -- and not only for my work, but for my personal life as well.

Our team has never been more galvanized. Absenteeism is down 20% our company culture is at an all time high. Customer satisfaction and retention is steady climbing. We had no idea our own team was undermining our culture with negative language. Now we only hire positive people and train them on the mechanics.
It's only been a year and very curious to see if the sustainability factor will be consistent. We might need ongoing coaching bi annually or quarterly. Like Penny say's productivity =$profits$

Penny is an amazing coach and her recent book will change your life.
It is a great overview of all areas that come together to make us productive. Many aha's that helped Me look at things differently.
