We're a piano/sax and jazz duo, playing standards from the American Songbook. Gershwin, Porter, Carmichael, and Ellington, the American songwriters who composed what we know today as "standards", form the basis of our music.
We also like to add a dash of bossa nova and other Latin rhythms, as well as a little spice from well-known jazz giants, like Thelonius Monk, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, and Dizzy Gillespie. We mix up the tempos for variety and interest, but it's always music you can relax with.
