We had absolutely the best experience working with Lee in selling our home. From start to finish, he made the process much smoother than it could have been without his expertise. He guided us on how to best prep the house before the listing, helped us pick the right price to list at, and hosted a stellar open house. All leading to multiple competitive offers on opening weekend to truly the best buyers for our vintage Victorian twin. Our experience working with Lee , was nothing else then great , hes a very knowledgeable realtor, with great personality, professional and honest. The day of the settlement couldve set back if it was not for Lee, he got out his way to solve the issue. Once the offer was accepted, within 15 days we had the key.
