We had Phil install a new heater and central air 22 years ago! 22 years later after "NO SERVICE NEEDED" we decided to be proactive and have our system replaced. Who else would we call? Nobody. J & M will always be our Heating/AC specialists. These guys are on time, professional and so reliable. And if that's not enough, Phil and Tom are truly great guys!

J & M heating and Air did a fantastic job of replacing my old unit. They did exactly what they said they were going to do , After talking to several companies they were the ones that really stood out . It seems nowadays it is impossible to get people to do a job without getting the run around . This was a very pleasant experience and I would reccomend them to everyone (and I have). They were very proffessional and prompt . The job exceeding my expectations , and I would definately use them again, Hopefully not for another 20 years , Thank you ,

Tom Jones and Phil Melito of J&M installed the central air and
duct work in my old three-story house, which had never had any air
or ducts before. They did an excellent job; the duct work is hidden
in the basement and attic crawl space, and the vents throughout
the rooms blend in like they are part of the original house.
They were very professional and clean when doing the installation,
they treated my house like it was their own. We've enjoyed many
years of trouble-free cool summers with our air conditioning
system. J&M's slogan about doing it right the first time is

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. To know that we are reputable , clean, on time and we pay attention to detail. The biggest piece of advice is your system will only work as well as it is installed that's why you should call J & M " We do it right the first time."
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you licensed, do you have insurence, do you answer calls the same day. How many days will it take complete the job and will the owner be on site at some point ?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We never had a call back on a installation since inception of our company. WE do all installations and service like we are working on our own home. We pay attention to detail. We have the solutions to your heating and cooling needs.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That there all kinds of hvac companies out there , make sure you pick somebody that has passion for their work like J & M , the owners do all the installions we take pride in our work.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We are constantly taking courses to keep us up to date on the latest equipment and tools out there to complete our jobs efficiently and correctly.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. All heating equipment in the very near future will be at the very least 92% efficient. With that being said with every dollar you spend 92% of that dollar will go heat your home and only 8% is wasted up the chimney. Right now there is over 80% of all heating equip less than 70% efficient in the usa.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. solving problems with many solutions. We have to look at the whole house as a envelope and decide how to make it as efficient as we can before we change out heating/cooling equipment because the size of heating/cooling equipment depends on how efficient the whole envelope is.
