Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Find somebody who has a real Doctorate.
Too many people think they can fix computers and they really know nothing substantial. I have been building Computers since 1975, when we had no hard drives yet!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How many years have you been fixing and building Computers? Can you build me a new eight-core super computer?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Do they know anybody else that fixes Computers who has a Real Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Since I am a real Doctor, I stand behind all of my work. Half of my Business comes from what other people have messed up.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. There is no computer that I can not fix. I have fixed thousands of computers every year since 1975.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I read all of the technical Journals for about 20 or more hours per week, and I participate in Beta tests for Microsoft Operating Systems, like Windows 8.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Do an Undergraduate degree in Business and Computer Science, and then move on to your Doctorate. Seven years is what it takes to be a REAL Computer Doctor.
