Since I am a real Doctor, I stand behind all of my work. Half of my Business comes from what other people have messed up. There is no computer that I can not fix. I have fixed thousands of computers every year since 1975.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read all of the technical Journals for about 20 or more hours per week, and I participate in Beta tests for Microsoft Operating Systems, like Windows 8.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find somebody who has a real Doctorate. Too many people think they can fix computers and they really know nothing substantial. I have been building Computers since 1975, when we had no hard drives yet!
