Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Stay away from the $99 installation jobs if sounds to good to be true then its not !!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The updated information on the latest and best features for today's complex cars is available to us on a seconds notice. The technical support is second to none and is not just available to the installer but the customer as well. This makes selling and installing the products that much easier.
Having the company support there products through there own web page is a bonus for the installer and insures the customer that they are buying a quality item.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Dont be afraid to ask any question to an installer. If you feel there is something you need to know , a qualified installer will have no problem answering your questions.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have been installing for over 25 years, I have been factory trained and a certified Lojack Installer. I am also a fully ASE certified mechanic in automotive repair. I have worked in both import and domestic dealers and two very reputal installation shops in the Lehigh Valley area. I am also a sublet installer for a few shops so chances are if your looking to have another shop do the install i would be called in to do the work anyway !!
I am also fully insured and warranty all my labor for lifetime !!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will this void my warranty! And the answer is no it will not. No dealer can tell a consumer that and aftermarket alarm or remote start will void there factory warranty.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Push to start installations are some installers nightmares i have been working with tech line and a few installers to make this an easier installation. Were there is will there is away!! I try to stay on top of everything.
