I reached out to Kevin because I was having an issue with a previous electrical company’s work. As I described it to him (and my nervousness due to the heat, sizzling sound, and constant breaker tripping), he instantly understood the severity of the issue, dropped all of his other work for the day and came right over. He quickly identified the issue, helped to work through it and the several others he uncovered as he was investigating, and all with an extremely polite and professional manner.
