    Chuck did an outstanding job on our kitchen tile backsplash. It looks awesome. His advice on tile placement and deco trim was invaluable. He was very conscientious and did a great clean up job as well. Scheduling was easy and Tonja was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Many flooring companies can install tile flooring, when you select tile, marble, etc to build a custom shower, many flooring companies can not do this or the shower ends up leaking and becomes a nightmare. In all of our years of building custom showers we have never had a leaker, a claim or anything. We use a 3 day waterproofing and mud process to ensure it will never leak!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. When considering a ceramic tile shower, always ask about the waterproofing process. We use a three day process with special mesh, waterproofing, and mud and never had a leaker.
