Its always a Free Evaluation. We can do remote support or we can come out to your location The choice is yours. Satisfaction guaranteed. Remote training starts at as low as $15 per hour; on-site training, $30 per hour.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Since we provide a free evaluation , I would ask them to call some other repair places like geek squad and ask them what services they provide for free once they fix the computer , How much it costs and how long would it take. After finding out this info we can come to you or log in remotely and give you a number right on the spot. We guarantee that we have the most Free support features and the lowest prices around.

With every computer repair and training session we provide FREE phone and Remote support. If the issue can be fixed remotely within 30-40 min its always free.
25-35$ discounts depending on where you found the discount, but every customer gets at least a 25$ discount on all services and the discount applies to training with parties of 4 or more. Also we provide 20% off for any referrals clients may give as long as the person that was refers says who referred then no limit on the amount of referrals.
We guarantee our work for up to 8 months. As well as you don't pay until your satisfied that your problem has been fixed as well as with our training.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Its always a very satisfied feeling when consumers say Wow i cant believe you fixed that and so quick. when the geek squad and other companies either couldn't fix the issue or decided to charge outrageous prices.
What's even more satisfying is hearing from a customer how well i explain their issue in terms anyone can understand, as well and when i take time even at Saturday at 11pm or Sunday night at 12pm to speak to a customer and have them say thank you so much your the only person i know that i can call at any time and know that you always pick up and always take time out of your own free time to help me.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much is your service : my answer is we can come on site for FREE or do a remote session also for free to tell them whats going on so they can decide whether or not they want to go ahead and fix the issue. Its very rare after hearing the price to fix it that they say no thank i know i can find something cheaper. Our rates are guaranteed to be the lowest around Or well match any price.

The majority of questions people ask me is when they call me or one of the other techs for phone support and we talk about of myriad of different things that they either wish to know how to do or help them troubleshoot their PC/MAC. In cases where its a quick fix i tell them the best way to accomplish whatever they asked, and if they cant or dont know enough about computers to even be able to have me walk them through it , I would them have them open their remote support program that i install with every service call and proceed to do whatever it is they need help with.

Some people ask do we have a tech that speaks Russian or Spanish etc and since we have people working that were born in the US but speak fluently in the language of choice and have them either sent out or remotely fix the issue.

Another common question is do i have to pay now ( in cases where it would take to long to fix the computer on the spot & it needs to be taken back to the office) We don't require any payment until all of the problems are fixed the customer is satisfied.

Do i have to bring the PC to you guys ?
my answer is always no, If a customer personally asks to bring the computer in then of course that's ok , But our whole outlook on fixing computer is why have the customer has disconnect everything and lug their PC around when we can just come right to them and 90% of the time the issue can be fixed on the spot.
