Wow. He saved me soo much money. Water was leaking from my sink to my basement. Thought it would cost a few hundred to fix, but end up being a simple fix. He was honest, showed me what was the problem. Something so simple as tightening pvc. You don’t get honesty a lot nowadays. I truly appreciated it. Thanks

Quick response. Communicative. Could've accepted Amex for payment but I understand why he didn't. At this point, it would appear he did indeed fix the problem. (My careful wording is reflective of my experience with other contractors - i.e. issue seems fixed for the moment but later on, shows itself to clearly NOT be fixed)

I had two issues. An issue with a dishwasher and another with a leak. He took a short time to identify both problems and since I'm somewhat handy, he knew I could do them myself and did not try to get money out of me. He was quick and thorough and we were both on the same page.
