Jim Thorpe Weddings & Events is located in historic Jim Thorpe, PA. Nestled just on the western edge of the Poconos, it is a picturesque Victorian town and the perfect location for your wedding, event, or corporate retreat.

We are a full-service planner that will help you with every facet of your wedding or event. We service Carbon County and the Lehigh Valley in North Eastern, PA and specialize in on-location wedding services (backyard, special location, or lakeside receptions.)

Jim Thorpe is a beautiful destination wedding location, and we excel at helping out-of-town brides plan their weddings from afar.

We offer different levels of service, depending on your budget and your needs.

We are extremely active in the local community, having planned not-for-profit fundraising events, like the First Annual Jim Thorpe Burlesque Festival (fundraising event for the Mauch Chunk Opera House) and the Victorian Heritage Festival (Kemmerer Carriage House restoration fundraising event).

We are producers of the Annual Jim Thorpe Wedding Expo that takes place at the Mauch Chunk Ballroom yearly in November.

We are the preferred planner and coordinator for the Mauch Chunk Ballroom in Jim Thope, PA.

    Tara Kubas is my wedding planner and "front of the house "coordinator. She puts it all together to your specifications: the front house staff, tables,linens,chairs, bar tending staff etc.and her expertise makes sure it is a great wedding. She loves what she does and is excellent at it. Weddings can be daunting and overwhelming to the bride and groom. This gives Tara & I the opportunity to give your wedding the very personal treatment it deserves and always be available for any questions. We make a good team and it shows in all our events we do together.
