- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum booking. If you book your event within 14 days of the date we require payment in full at booking. All other events if booked more than 14 days in advance require a 50% deposit to hold the day which will also act as a cancellation fee in the event that you have to cancel. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to the event. If you choose to pay electronically there may be a 2.5% fee added to the total to cover the fees added by the electronic payment companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you receive a quote we will finalize booking either via call, text, or email. We want to make this process as convenient and thorough for you as we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kayla attended art school at Savannah College of Art and Design where she studied animation and 3D visual effects. Our company puts a high level of value on education and training as we are always learning new skills.
