I am a chef and wellness educator in the greater Philadelphia area. I work with individual clients who wish to optimize their health by making better food choices.
During our time together, you learn which nutrient dense foods to add to your diet, where to source these foods, and how to cook them. My cooking honors the timeless traditions of our ancestors and utilizes foods which are locally sourced, organic and seasonal.
I specialize in cooking for people on restricted diet due to allergies or illness, particularly children with autism. I also specialize in using the Body Ecology Diet, GAPS Diet, and the principles of the Weston A Price Foundation.
I also run cooking classes for different groups:
- Cooking classes for adults are fun gatherings where there is full participation in the making of a meal.
- Cooking classes for children allow children to learn about where their food comes from and to begin to make healthful food choices at an early age.
- Cooking classes for adolescents (Friday Night Foodies) focus on good nutrition at this crucial time, plus a chance to gather and build community by doing something creative and fun.
