FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically our pricing goes by VOLUME the more "junk" you have the more it will cost! Other factors are type of junk, for example if we are hauling construction debris or dirt, concrete etc... that will play into our pricing. Finally Labor is another factor, if everything is neatly placed outside on the curb that will be much cheaper than if we have to go up & down stairs or through out the home to remove it. DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR VETERANS / FIRST RESPONDERS / STUDENTS / SENIOR CITIZENS
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we schedule an estimate which is basically just us showing up and checking out the work location & meeting our client, After the estimate is complete we will leave and by the end of that day will text you with a price and schedule a day to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree from Johnson college in Scranton Pennsylvania for heating ventilation & air conditioning which gave me plenty of experience working with power tools, knowing my way around electricity and having a good understanding of construction. I also served in the United States Marine Corps which I credit with giving me the strength & energy to complete all jobs!
