Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make Sure you are asking exactly what you are getting to make sure that nothing is left out so your event goes well.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most caterers are know by there name and service they provide. As your friends if they have heard of them and what they think of there service and food. I personally worked for a few othere companies before I started my own. The last one I worked at for ten years and pretty much ran the catering company. So make sure you know there backround.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What service are include and what are not so that you are clear on what you should expect from them and what they should expect from you.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. They need to have some idea of what they are looking for. With out an Idea it is a little hard to give them what they expect. They also need to know what there budget is going to be. This is an inportant part for the clients to know.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All my employees are trained to be the best profesional person that they can be in any situation that might arise. They will handle any problems that might come up with a profesional attitude.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I have so much fun at my job. I love the people that I meet and I love to make there special day a memorable one for them. They will never have to worry about any problem hapening durring there event. If something arises it will be taken care of for them.
