When nothing seems to help and you do not know where to turn, sometimes you try "natural or alternative".

I offer Reiki and Reflexology therapies. I can combine treatments that are especially designed for you. I take pride in providing you with the best wellness treatment that I can. My treatments are done in a relaxing yet professional non-sexual manner..

I am a Certified Reiki II since 2004. I trained at the International Academy of Advanced Reflexology since 2007.

I also make natural herbal products and my "staples" are Elderberry Tincture, Healing Salve (your first aid kit in a jar) , facial wash, acne gel and an herbal pain salve. I make everything to order so the ingredients are fresh. I can custom make products for your specific needs.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There is a need for wellness in every field. It does not matter what type of job we have. We all need to create that balance of work and play to feel whole. The less stress and drama we keep away the better our "whole" self will feel.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy helping people create that balance that they may be lacking. We all have the ability to heal ourselves within in. Sometimes we just need guidance to get there.
