I am a mobile PA notary that specializes in conventional, FHA and VA refinances. I also have experience with debt consolidation signings. I currently will service any notarial job within York, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lancaster counties. Fees for notarization, travel, and administration fees do vary per job. I am also bonded by the state of Pennsylvania and I do carry E&O insurance. I will also travel to Maryland for lender loan application signings - as long as no document needs to actually be notarized (I cannot notarize documents in Maryland unless the Maryland resident meets me at a location in Pennsylvania).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you hire a trustworthy and notable notary. If loan documents for a loan are not signed and notarized properly, your loan will not close or fund.
