I wish I could give them negative rating. I cannot comment on the 5 and 4 start ratings here because my experince with them was totally different. I have never seen such unprofessional guys who do not even care to return your calls after false promises of doing that. Everytime I called them they acted as if I was next on their list and they were just about to call me. Worst of all, they even didn't show up for the appointment for free estimate for cleaning my house. Despite calling back, they didn't even mention any apology and made false promises to get back to me with more details on why that happened. Guess what - THEY DIDN'T CALL ME!! Owner Heather must be famous for not returning calls too and didn't care about my sarcastic voicemail to her. Anyway, no service offered, no courtsey offered and no professionalism offered - that's what they are for me. Stay away!!!!

Ron I am not quite sure what you are referring to as you had never made an appointment with me to do anything. As you can see by the other reviews on here there must be a miscommunication somewhere along the way. I apologize if you feel as though you were ignored however that is not how I do business.

Heather & her team cleaned my house for the first time last week and I must tell you that they did an excellent job! It is important to note that I've utilized another housecleaning service since November and have not been satisfied. I terminated my business with them about four weeks, received a quote from Heather, did my homework with checking references and decided to hire Crystal Clear Cleaning. They were so thorough that I noticed a remarkable difference as soon as I walked in the house. The house smelled clean and looked cleaned. My hardwood floors were amazing! Heather did tell me that it would take about two cleanings to really get it back in shape. If that's the case, then I can't wait to see what my house is going to look like after she comes next week. Hats off to Crystal Clear Cleaning! Please keep up the good work and if you do, you can bet I will be a long-term client.

Ask the company questions. Do they bring their own supplies? Do they spot dust your home or business or do they move things? Will they do things they way you like them? Do they make beds? Do they straighten up? These are all things that we do.
