I needed to replace a power cord receptacle on my older sony and remove a malware from a smaller netbook and the Thumbtack site sent me 3 links to choose from. The only response that was definite and concise was Terry's. He responded immediately, gave a price and an idea of what was involved and how long. I took the items over to him and hours later the first repair was completed, then the second immediately after providing him with a forgotten password. He was courteous, prompt and reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone for either hardware or software issues. Thank you Terry!
