From our humble beginnings as a tiny storefront in Wormleysburg, we have grown to four locations throughout the region with a fleet of service vehicles to bring our award-winning service right to your door. We take great pride in providing the best electronics repair services and customer service in the Central PA area. We have grown to offer more than just repair services. We now offer Web Site Design, Managed IT Services, Credit Card Processing, Point of Sale Systems, VOIP Phone Services, Managed Print Services, Consulting Services, Tutoring, Backup/Data Recovery, and more! We have also launched our online store to provide additional products to our customers.

Received a call from a nice professional introducing the services at a very reasonable price. I was told I could have next day service, the part wasn't available but it did come within the week. Jason kept me abreast of what was happening and when it would come in. I probably would use and recommend them in the future.

My computer crashed and I asked them to look at it and see what was wrong. They called me the next day and told me what was wrong and gave me a price to repair it. I declined as it was an old computer and not worth the expense to fix it. When I went to pick it up I expected a small charge for them to look at it and there was none. I was surprised! Nobody does that anymore! I recommend them whole heartedly!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free diagnostics or free consultations for the majority of our services. When dealing with new or repeat customers, we make sure they are provided with the best customer service and are presented with all available options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a collection of geeks who have been working with computers since we were kids. Our experience growing up with computers has been a huge contribution to our success. Every employee offers their own skillset. Their training may also include certifications, college degrees, or certified training in certain skills (Such as Cisco).
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both residential and business customers. There is no problem too big or too small for us to tackle.
