- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is one of the most competitive in the area. We will match or beat any offer provided it is on the letter head of the competitor and it is a bona fide offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first meeting to introduce myself and my supervisor(s). Listen to the customers requests of the services they would like and to understand any misgivings of past lawn service companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty six years of lawn care. Plus 3 to 5 Department of Agriculture/Penn State seminars annually for the lawn care professional.
