FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because it is Windows, doors etc it is difficult to set a standard due to how different their installation was (for taking out), what kind of window, door or otherwise, and the actual space it goes into.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I see what the customer would like and once they tell me their plans I ask about a timeframe so we know when they would like it done by or even when they want the work started. I get in exact detail how they want it and give them an estimate up front which will include whatever we discussed. We stay in contact every step of the way so they know when work will be completed, what part of the process is left and what to expect next as well as we are available for contact should they ever have any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in customer service for half my life as well as some post high school training and Robby has been in the business since he was 17 so he's learned from the school of hard knocks and has learned well.
