Blatnik Construction was the best! Joe was very responsive during all phases of the work that we needed done. We moved out the exterior wall of our kitchen and powder room to expand our kitchen/dining room and make a full bathroom. The work was extensive and each phase was well thought out and performed with the highest degree of workmanship. Joe and his team were very careful with our home and made sure that they minimized the "mess". We get many, many compliments on the work and each and every day we enjoy our new space. If we decide to do additional work on our home, we would definitely hire Blatnik Construction to do the work!

the job was to fix dry wall, install a sliding door and kitchen tile floor, he did not do a neat work, he change the style as he wanted not like I like it, he charged 50% more than the initial estimate that already was very high compare with another contractors, he show up as a company but he worked alone and it took for ever since he worked alone just a couple of hours a day. He offered me to pay with PAYPAL but he charge me 3,6% even Paypal announces that payments are free for customer. He was respectful anyway.

The cost of the project doubled with the amount of work that was added and changed from the original proposal. I installed a face sliding door which was the only door that would work on the opening. I accept cash and checks only and will accept PayPal with the additional charges paid by the owner.

Roof replacement. Company worked with me, when unable to keep the original and second scheduled work date. When finally able to commit to a work day Joe, notified me the week before of arrival of dumpster and workers. The roof was completed in less time than anticipated by an excellent work crew, yard and my drive way saw no materials or nails left any place. The clean up was fantastic, crew polite and courteous and the owner of Blatnik checks the work with you, if you have a question(s) or questioning something about the project you receive an honest answer and explanation. Definitely would utilize again. Carol

I break down every project and supply a detailed estimate to my customers.

I come to their home or business, listen to what they are interested in having done and review drawings if supplied, take measurements, make suggestions if needed, and supply an estimate in a timely manner.

I learned on the job from other professionals. I subscribe to the Journal of Light Construction, read articles on the internet, and talk with reps and other trade professionals on the new and latest methods of remodeling.
