FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved horses when I was little, so my dad signed me up for horseback riding lessons when I was 7. I loved it! As the years progressed I got my own horses and worked with them by myselves. I also started helping friends and neighbors train and break horses. The idea just came naturally. Everyone said I would be great at giving lessons and that's what I'm doing now.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework. Meet the trainers, talk to them and ask them questions. If you don't like their teaching method or "qualifications", find someone else. You want your kids or even yourself to be comfortable with the trainer and their teaching methods.
