Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Our trade constantly changes so we learn something new everyday. We take classes throughout the year. Ongoing training is very important to us with all the changes in the code and all the new technology that is comming out.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. 100 % customer satisfaction and the best prices. We take pride in every job we do no matter how small. We do the job right the first time. Our call backs on jobs are zero. We go above and beyond for our customers. Our customers consistantly call us back for new projects. Our customers become more like family then just being a customer.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Seeing the customer happy with the finished product. Knowing that we fdo the best job that we can possibly do. The challenges that we face to get the job finished on time. Seeing our finished project. How our customers refer us to other customers and how they all continue to call us when they have a new project. the trust we have between us and the customers.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can't you do it this way to save money? No there is only one way to do it and its the right way. We don't take shortcuts. If you want us to take shortcuts then we won't do the job. We can't jepordize the safey of us and the customer snd the customer's property. We have a great saftey record and we won't jeapordize that for anyone.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. When my two sons were complimented on there work ethics by a vice president of a big corporation that we were doing a job for. They were only 16 at the time.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Make sure you hire a licensed electrician. We see to many horror stories when customers call us after they have some handyman do electrical work. Licensed electricians invest alot in their carrers.
