Sorry to complain - the person that contacted me was 1 1/2 hours away, and didn't seem to want to come this far. The weather didn't cooperate for outdoor painting, and he did not know what the whole project entailed. I did everything to help, but it just didn't work out for either party. I think you need to rethink your process. I have to change this review in regards to the actual person that was going to work for me - he actually didn't start the job, so I have no right to give him a bad review. I thought I was reviewing the way Thumbtack did things to connect someone with a contractor. I hope to not have done any harm to this handyman's reputation.
