A. Do not under any circustances give a deposit or be forced into signing a contract. Take you time, the contractor will give all types of stories, they have a crew available now if you sign, large discounts are a tip that the contractor was not honest up front, why didn't he give you the exact price without any discounts if you do the work the next day. A. We are a family run business and all members enjoy the work, we get satisfaction the same day, nothing like giving the homeowner a dry basement forever. Both the homeowner and the owners become friends for life.
