Introduction: Because i have a good working knowledge of homes. I was a tradesman for 25+ years. I know what the big issues are, as opposed to the little nuisance items. My report is VERY esasy to read, that's the opinion of most ALL of my clients, and realtors as well. I answer my own phone, NO service to deal with. I talk in plain english. No 200 word explanations, when a 20 word explanation will do. I take care of pest & radon testing. I have KEY PAD ACCESS, I am fully insured.

Mr. O'Leary does a great job with home inspections. Although I didn't purchase the home I had him inspect for me. I left with a better knowledge of what to look for when buying a home. I will hire again when the time comes for another inspection before purchase. He has his prices listed on his website so there isn't any haggling of price. You will get exactly what you need when Mr. O'Leary does your home inspection. Honesty of the home, any important questions answered . No matter how silly you think your questions are. You will leave with a far better knowledge of the home you are trying to purchase, and a better knowledge of what to look for in a home for purchase.

I contacted Mr. O'Leary for a home inspection. He was prompt with his reply. He was able to accommodate my request for urgency and did so at no extra charge. On the day of Inspection he arrived early which I consider on time and performed his work in a safe, efficient and thorough manner. Mr. O'Leary answered my many questions and took the time to explain how to read his report when it was completed. While I was there he took the time to point out several things. After I left he completed his inspection and found several things I had seen but did not know would be of concern. In his report Mr. O'Leary color coded the many things he found and rated them according to seriousness as to health, property or environment. His disclaimers were noted and his recommendations were thorough allowing me to make better decisions as to what I wanted to do about the items noted on his report. I highly recommend Mr. O'Leary to anyone needing a home inspection. In my opinion he is an expert in his field and goes above and beyond the maximums that most others would do. Thank you Mr. O'Leary for doing an excellent job for me!!!

Tim thoroughly checked over our house finding everything that needed to be found. He was a quick but excellent worker, he's not over priced and is terrific at his job. He loves questions so ask away, and he gives you an easy to learn understanding of issues you may not know much about. I highly recommend him! He just checked out our house yesterday and he already got us our inspection papers back! This is the guy your looking for! I had a list of questions and only had to ask 2 because he had already spotted the issues and answered my questions!

Mr. O'Leary completed two home inspections for me. It is my first time buying a house and the overall house process was a stressful event for me. Mr. O'Leary was the ONLY enjoyable part of the process. He is prompt, professional, and thorough. He is easy to talk to and is willing to answer any and all questions that you have. His inspection reports are clearly laid out and easy to read. He is always available and willing to answer any questions that you have. I wouldn't want to use anyone but Mr. O'Leary!

I was very nervous about the whole home inspection idea. Tim O'Leary did a wonderful job of explaining everything with an easily understood approach.
