I have over 30 years in the building industry. There's nothing I don't know about what can go haywire in a home. My report is very easy to read- not 100 pages of "tech" babble.
I handle pest and radon as well. I have a lock box access (your realtor may be happy about that). I cover the entire area from Pittsburgh to Greensburg.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Because i have a good working knowledge of homes. I was a tradesman for 25+ years. I know what the big issues are, as opposed to the little nuisance items. My report is VERY esasy to read, that's the opinion of most ALL of my clients, and realtors as well. I answer my own phone, NO service to deal with. I talk in plain english. No 200 word explanations, when a 20 word explanation will do. I take care of pest & radon testing. I have KEY PAD ACCESS, I am fully insured.

A. Why should we bother with a home inspection?
There are ALOT of reasons, to many to list here, but main reasons: so you'll know what your buying, pro's & con's. This is major investment, you want to try and foresee expensive repairs that may be just ahead. If you're a first time buyer, (virgin) I can answer ALOT of questions on home maintenance & repair.
