Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We will provide exceptional and professional customer service. When you're looking for an awesome graphic to show off your business, for your family reunion or if you don't know what you want, but you can put it into words, we can create a beautiful design for you.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish I knew how much work went into designing a graphic. .Jpg's and .Gifs get distorted when they are enlarged for screen printing. In order for clean artwork to be created, it must be in vector format. Don't worry, we can take care of that for you.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What is your turnaround time. What formats can you provide my artwork in? How many changes do I get per order? If I need my artwork at a later time, how long do you save it for me?
