have been boarding at A Bit of Luck farm for 2 years now, and love it! My horse came in terrible shape from another barn, and the difference with the feeding program the owner put her on was immediate, she is now fat as a tick and happy as can be. I love that the horses always have hay in front of them, and the owners background in nutrition is evident by the fact that ALL of the horses on the property are in excellent condition! The pastures are huge, grass is lush, and fields always look great. There is always someone here on the farm, since I believe the owner, barn manager and maintenance person live on the property. My horse was in training for 2 months with the owner and I was very impressed with the patience, and efficiency of the training, since my horse improved so quickly. She is now wonderfully behaved under saddle, and I have only Noemi to thank for that, since we used 2 other trainers that could not make her behave in the past. Between the training and the lessons, I finally have a horse that I can enjoy. Lessons are fun and challenging but the instructor is always positive and patient with me. The facilities are always improving, I am told the indoor will be done soon, since the winter weather stalled construction, and the outdoor ring will be expanded as well. In the 2 years I have been here, I have seen a large tack room constructed, run in sheds built, additional stalls installed, as well as alot of maintenance and property upkeep. I am very excited about the new indoor, and that the outdoor is being expanded as well. I feel safer with my horse here that I have anywhere else and would not dream of moving her any time soon.

I have been any A Bit of Luck for 6months and love it. All the staff and boarders are friendly and the horses given then best care possible. I love that the horses are out all day and are able to be horses, unlike at some barns where they are cooped up in stalls. I recommend A Bit of Luck to everyone I meet that wants to start to ride horses, and to those looking to rehome their horse.

I brought my daughter to the farm for a riding lesson. She was a little nervous because she had never ridden before. I am happy to report that she had so much fun she begs me to go back. Jess was an incredible instructor and we will most definitely be returning for more lessons!
