They walked in my house and within 30 seconds without even looking at my property to determine where the leak in my basement was told me I needed to install a commercial French drain pipe in my home. I worked with another company to determine the water is coming from a window that has been covered up by dry wall and we are laying new brick on the exterior of the house to prevent any further leaking. They failed to realize I have a sump pump installed. Had they investigated the issue they would have seen that.

Crew was on time and ready to work. Crew leader Lorenzo had his guys on schedule and job completed and finished, swept clean in a really astounding one day.

Horrible experience!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! Do not use this company. I scheduled a consultation appointment with Steven this morning at 10am for a leak in my basement. I had to run to Home Depot this morning because my space heater broke. I texted him informing him that I should be home by 10 and I literally got home at 10:05 am. When my husband went to greet Steven, he dismissed him saying "our appointment was at 10am. Good luck with your basement." This is how this company treats families who are having crazy mornings and are running 5 min late. It was very disrespectful and I would not recommend them to anyone!
