- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not everyone needs all the bells and whistles for their wedding photography, and I GET THAT. I offer 1 starter package with the essentials, then clients can add on the bells or whistles or both with a la carte options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to school for fine art photography then worked as a photojournalist and news editor for 8 years. I decided to start my own business and kind of stumbled into wedding photography, but it was the best stumble of my life!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see a full wedding from beginning to end. It is easy for photographers to showcase their best work, but if you see an entire edited wedding you will know more of what to expect.
