A. 1. Laptop screen replacement - replaced the laptop screen in a MacBook Pro and an HP laptop.
2. Repaired a Point-of-Sale computer that was running slow.
3. Replaced a failed hard drive and hard drive cable with full data recovery on the failed hard drive.

A. Check the reviews online and also ask your friends. My best clients are from word-of-mouth referrals. If my clients are happy, they'll tell others. Trust and Total Satisfaction is what my business is built on.

A. I'd want to know how many years of industry experience the person I'm hiring has. Also, if they have any industry credentials or certifications.
