- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing structure. All jobs are different and having a set price would eliminate flexibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process would include a site survey and meeting with the client to discuss scope of work. A quote will then be emailed to the client for approval or modification. Once the final details are in agreement, the work can be scheduled.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with every kind of customer from your local teacher, grocery store clerk, plumber, and police officer, to celebrity actors, multi-millionaire hedge fund managers, professional baseball and basketball players. I also work with top builders, interior designers, and cabinet makers. We give the same level of care and service to all of our clients, which is why we are called back and referred time and time again.
