Introduction: To define my services is to define what photography means to me. I grab my camera and capture the moments, how God created them to be. Although posed shots are important, my favorite is getting those shots that encompass real life: the laughing look, the loving glance, the hope and joy in someoneÃ¢ÂÂs eyes, and even the forlorn look of a child who doesn't get her way. I just got this note last week that humbles me and excites me because this is my goal, to take a technically sound picture while not forsaking the moment. "...Your eye for a good and creative shot that captures emotion and life, your technical skills that are obvious, even your editing...it is all exceptional!" Also, it is important for me to use these skills to bless others. 10% of every shoot goes to an orphanage in Africa, a country where every 15 seconds, a child becomes an orphan. I offer real-life photography for key moments in your life.

Hershey Photography did a shoot for me and my family at the beach. What can I say other than amazing. We have used many other photographers in the past - but none have gotten as many quality shots as Heather. She was great with the kids and really captured their personalities. After our adoption, we were honored to have Heather Hershey come to take family photos with our latest addition! Heather captured many precious first photos of our daughter which are priceless. The setting was perfect, and we have many beautiful outdoor photos which were taken right in our own back yard! Heather was kind and willing to hear our ideas. She created a fun evening; the kids loved her! Heather did not pressure us to purchase photos. We felt free to select the photos we wanted. What types of customers have you worked with?
Capturing children as they grow, because we all know it happens way too quickly. We think we will remember the details, but we forget! Capturing beautiful wedding days that have been so lovingly thought out and I will come and photograph those details and capture the moments, as the day will go in a flash, but the pictures will last a lifetime!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am here to help you get the best photos. We will talk before hand so I know what you want to accomplish from our time together. You only need to relax and I will take care of the details. If it is a wedding, I want you to be able to enjoy the day. I will not be intrusive but will capture those moments that you will have to cherish forever.
