Ask what services the company provides, ask who they market with - what tools they use for advertising and who they will reach. Ask if they are honest and fair. Find out what the community thinks about your Agent/Broker. Ask for a list of current clients for refferrals, and find out how long they have their current management properties, and how long they maintain relationships with property owners.
