- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Schooling is good, but experience speaks volumes about a writer! Choose a writer who has solid experience creating the type of document(s) you need and who can show you evidence of that experience. (In other words, if you need somebody to write a user guide for an application, don't hire them based on a soft skills job aid example.)
