I can help you communicate complex ideas clearly, efficiently and effectively. I have successfully created hundreds of documents for my clients, including articles, reference guides, training manuals, job aids, quality-process manuals, employee handbooks, courseware, instructions, tutorials and user guide.

I also specialize in e-learning development, scripting and voiceover work.

Too busy to write your own article for a trade journal? Let me write it for you!

By the way, if you will be upgrading to Office 2010, be sure to order my book "Office 2010 Demystified", which is being published by McGraw Hill in November, 2011! (The URL to this book is listed under Business Websites).

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Schooling is good, but experience speaks volumes about a writer! Choose a writer who has solid experience creating the type of document(s) you need and who can show you evidence of that experience. (In other words, if you need somebody to write a user guide for an application, don't hire them based on a soft skills job aid example.)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love technical writing because I am always in the position of learning something new. I am especially good at writing about topics that I currently have no knowledge in! Being in this position enables me to see the topic from the same perspective as a potential new user/reader. It allows me to ask Subject Matter Experts the right questions to get at the heart of the matter.
