He's not just my kung fu teacher to me. He's my life coach and I can't thank him enough for his teachings. He's given me confidence and strength I lost from my injuries and I will forever be indebted to him for that. Thabk you sifu

Sifu Grant has the background, knowledge, and real world experience to impart practical self defense strategies and techniques to you and your family. My entire family attends Grant's Kung Fu Academy since June 2011. My six year old attends the kids class, my 12 year old attends the Juniors class, and my wife and I attend the adult class.

Sifu has the patience and temperament to teach children appropriate martial arts techniques while instilling discipline and respect for parents, classmates and peers.

In the adult class he focuses more on practical real world self defense techniques along with fitness and conditioning. This is NOT just some belt factory. His school has a friendly open atmosphere and he is very personable and open.

We attended other martial arts schools in the area before and have found that Grant's is by far the best fit for us. I highly recommend the school and Sifu Grant personally.

Sifu Fred Grant is by far the best Martial Arts teacher that I know, and I am proud to train under him. You will learn how to defend yourself quickly and efficiently in a short amount of time. Not only do you learn great self defense tactics and improve your health, but you also learn the history behind them.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Have an idea of what type of school you are looking for ie; forms, fighting, self defense, hobby etc.... Do not be overwhelmed by the bling and fast talking salesmen of some commercial martial arts school, unless that's what you want.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Why should I use your service over the other guys?
How long have you been in business?

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. That I know my own limitations, and willing to continue to learn new things so that I can keep up with my client's needs.
