- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on customized shoots, so communication before your shoot is very important to us. For most types of sessions this will involve several emails or phone calls before the session to work out all the details.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our focus is newborn babies. We also are often found shooting: maternity, family, cake smash, senior portraits, engagements and weddings. Need something other than on this list? We are probably interested in shooting that too. Please inquire!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Newborn sessions are by far our favorites. A typical newborn session is about 4 hours in our client's home. We post an online password protected proofing gallery within 2 to 4 days. Once the customer places the order editing is completed within 2 weeks, sometimes less. Usually a few of the images can be rushed for 48 hour editing (for use within birth announcements, etc). We understand that completing newborn photos quickly is important to our customers.
