Introduction: I have had prior experience personal training at IUP through one of my courses, and it was a very positive and successful one. I am able to meet with clients one on one. I will complete a pre-assessment of where they are in their current workouts and fitness levels, set short-term and long-term goals and then continue to meet as much as desired per week to work on specific goals that each client has set for themselves after the first meeting, so that they can achieve these goals and live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I am dedicated to helping my clients obtain great results, so that they are satisfied and can learn how to continue that healthy lifestyle on their own, everyday.
