I'm very happy with the work Holly has done. She is extremely flexible and was able to accommodate my somewhat spontaneous drop off/pickup schedule and she is very reasonable. The images she restored have enabled me to see some faces in the pictures clearly for the first time since I obtained the photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on how many photos/slides/etc you have. There is a minimum for photos and slides and then pricing is per unit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with the initial contact. The customer lets us know what they are looking to do. I'll speak with the customer and let them know their options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past ten years, I've worked for a retail business doing film and video transfers as well as scanning photos and slides. I am a member of The Photo Managers, a professional organization for photo organizing.
