Outstanding service, quality that lasts, cleaning before and after painting performed, color consultation, references for other tradesmen that are the best in their field, i.e. carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc. I do have an hourly rate that is similar and reasonable to other local tradesmen for your area. It will depend on the difficulty of the job. High work that requires safety harnesses and lifts are more than what your average sized bedroom would cost. No out of state checks.
